It's Easy to Take Part
* Help your children write their first poem using the template (Can be downloaded from the links below).
* Fill out the nursery entry form (Can be downloaded from the links below).
* Send one nursery entry form with each envelope of entries submitted, ensuring the correct number of entries is filled in the space provided
* Post your entries to us using the freepost address provided below.
